All our staff are on a "Need-To-Know" basis. If they do not need to know certain part of your details (e.g. your postal address), they will never come into contact of it. If they are not handling a specific part of your booking (e.g. charging to your credit card), they will never know what type of cards you carry or used to make your booking.

Handling of Bookings:
Bookings submitted by you are received are handled by a team of authorized and trained staff only. Critical information like your credit card details are never passed to non-authorized staff.

Charges made to your credit card are made manually and handled by only trusted and authorized personnel only. All transactions are triple-checked to ensure your information are never passed out.

In-House Servers:
Online Technology, the owner and operator of HotStay.com, owns and operate ALL of our own servers, all in-house. All our servers are residing at our office, we do not rely on third party vendors to setup nor operate our servers or web sites. We run our own leased line circuits directly to the Internet backbone and do not share circuits (e.g. DSL links) with another company.

Our server room is under lock and key and the keys are held only by the top management of the company. Only authorized staff are allowed access after obtaining clearance from the management. All activities by the staff are logged.

No critical information is ever transmitted out via a third party link.

On top of that, all information transimitted via our secure server are encrypted and secured by Thawte, the leading security certificate issuer in the world.
