All information collected and stored by HotStay.com during your visit will be used
only internally by HotStay.com and its owner Online Technology and will never be
re-sold, leased, in any form, to any other parties.
Collection of Information:
We use the standard log files available from your visit to our web site to track
the usage in order for us to improve on our services and offer you more appropriate
options for your future visits.
We do not collect individualized records (i.e., we will not track your individual visit,
nor do we know who you are), only collective information for our research purposes.
You will never be contacted by us if you have not instructed us to.
Booking Information:
Appropriate information (e.g., your full name, your nationality etc.) you provided for
your booking will be sent to the hotel in concerned. Parties concerned will only receive
information appropriate to them and nothing else. No other parties will receive your
information in any form.
Only the relevant parties will received your credit card details. If you choose our
Prepayment booking option, only we will receive your credit card details. Only trusted and
authorized staff have access to such details.
If you choose the Pay-At-Hotel option, only the hotel will receive the information (we will not receive
it).
